The versatile St. Ann’s Warehouse space can be configured in more ways than we can show you here: Three generalized set-ups are detailed below:
PLAN 1 capacity: up to 308
This scheme is ideal for intimate theater presentations, concerts and spoken word events. The stage area is 40' wide and 40' to 80' deep with headroom of 19-1/2' from concrete floor to pipe grid. Seating is padded folding chairs on risers.
PLAN 2 capacity: up to 630
This plan is ideal for seated, mid-size concert, theater, and film presentations. Using the full modular stage (33' wide x 25' deep x 39" high), seating in this configuration is a combination of padded folding chairs on risers (308 persons) and another 322 seated in matching chairs on the floor. Headroom above the stage is 13' 3" to pipe grid.
PLAN 3 capacity: up to 1,200
Using the full modular stage (33' wide x 25' deep x 39" high), this configuration suits major concert presentations, with 800–1,000 people standing on floor and another 200 seated on fixed riser at the rear.
