1. Where is DUMBO?
Perhaps the city’s most enchanting new neighborhood, DUMBO describes the area
"Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass." St. Ann’s Warehouse is
located at 38 Water Street between the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges at the
corner of Dock Street, across from the entrance to Fulton Ferry State Park.

On-street parking is an option if you have plenty of time. There are several
garages in the area that offer discounts to St. Ann's Warehouse patrons with validated
parking slips. (Get yours stamped at the specially marked table in the lobby

presentation?
Yes. Since opening the doors in 2001, more than 100 organizations have used St. Ann's
Warehouse for various purposes. The spacious and flexible space is in great
demand for film shoots, community meetings, design expositions, gala dinners

One of the most appealing aspects of St. Ann's Warehouse as a performance space is its

No. St. Ann’s Warehouse has a small and very busy staff; therefore, we do not

14. Are you related to Saint Ann’s School or St. Ann’s Church?
St. Ann’s Church was our former home on Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights from 1980-2000 (see above). We have never been related to Saint Ann’s School in an official way, although the school
uses the Church as its auditorium, and in the past, we have programmed together.
